for those of you who don’t know…
psychedelic mushrooms grow naturally in cow shit. as gross as it may sound, i think it’s a lovely metaphor for how we grow through tough times.

the hardest situations often help us grow the most. with challenge comes change, and with change comes growth.

it can be hard to see the good when you’re in
the “shit”, but that’s why i made this poster. let it serve as a reminder that the challenges we face are gifts.

whether you’re “in the shit” now, or “in the shit” later, try to remember that it’s good shit, and that good shit helps you grow.
