We ship approximately 90% of orders within one week.

Because all orders are handled by a small team, occasional production or fulfillment delays can occur. In rare cases, an order may take longer than our usual timeframe. This has happened on a few occasions in the past, and we believe in being upfront about that possibility.

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on your location, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.


International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly. That said, if you’re unsure how to proceed, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help guide you.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
